Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generator are small business that produce no more then 200 lbs at one time and have no more then 2000 lbs of hazardous waste stored on site.

A form will need to be filled out before the materials will be accepted. A copy can be downloaded and filled out. Please fax (563)242-3611 or e-mail it to us. Staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible to make arrangements.
